Approach
Flexible in method. Consistent in respect.
Bethany integrates established therapy approaches to fit the person, relationship, goals, and nervous systems in the room, not the other way around.
The method adapts to you, not the other way around.

An integrative practice
No single framework explains a whole person.
Work may draw from Psychodynamic, Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral, Narrative, Trauma-Informed, Person-Centered, and Eclectic approaches. Methods are selected thoughtfully rather than applied as a rigid sequence.
- Psychodynamic: noticing how history and unconscious patterns shape the present
- Gottman Method: practical relationship assessment and skills adapted for neurotype
- CBT and Narrative: examining patterns of thought and the stories built around them
- Trauma-Informed and Person-Centered: protecting choice, context, and collaboration

Optional and clearly chosen
Faith-informed care, if you want it.
For clients who desire it, faith can be included as a meaningful part of therapy. It is never assumed, prescribed, or treated as the frame for care. Secular clients are equally welcome, and therapy can remain fully secular.
