Hi, I’m Bethany

I listen for the pattern beneath the problem.

I work with adults and couples whose experiences did not fit neatly into standard advice.

I bring clinical training, education, and lived experience to make confusing patterns more workable.

About Bethany

Your faith can have a place in the work.

If you want your faith honored in counseling, we can include your beliefs, spiritual questions, and the values shaping your relationships. You decide what belongs in the conversation.

Who can work with Bethany?

Adults and couples who are physically located in Missouri at the time of each telehealth session. Bethany works with adults across the lifespan, from age 18 through 65+.

What does mixed-neurotype mean?

It describes a relationship where partners have different neurotypes. For example, one partner may be autistic and the other allistic, or one may have ADHD while the other is autistic. The term helps name difference without deciding that one partner is the problem.

Is therapy online only?

Yes. Therapy is 100% online, with no physical office. Adults and couples can meet by secure video from anywhere in Missouri, and must be physically in Missouri for each session.

Are superbills available?

Yes. Out-of-network superbills are available on request. Reimbursement depends on your plan, so contact your insurer directly.

You do not need to make yourself easier to understand before you begin.

A consultation is a chance to ask direct questions and notice whether the fit feels right, without pressure.
